Marg Scott

Marg Scott is a highly skilled consultant, executive coach and a nationally accredited mediator. With a professional background in health and human services and a passion for social justice she brings a broad range of consulting experience across health, justice, social and environmental issues at community, regional, state and national levels.  Leadership development, strategy, governance, and conflict resolution are areas of particular interest and expertise.

Marg has worked across sectors and with many marginalised groups and had many years experience with numerous Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community organisations across a range of issues as well as people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds.

An excellent facilitator and clear strategic thinker, Marg is able to work very effectively and sensitively with diverse stakeholders and in complex and high stakes contexts. She skilfully fosters constructive dialogue that includes multiple perspectives and ensures all voices are heard in the interests of seeking clarity, shared understanding and agreed ways forward.

Marg has extensive governance experience with many boards and as a Non Executive Director. She is a graduate of Sydney Leadership and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of the Resolution Institute. She is accredited with the National Mediators Accreditation Board, Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) practitioner Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI).

Jess Watkinson

Jess Watkinson has over 20 years experience in not-for profit and government roles, focusing on community, capacity and strategy development in the Northern Territory and Queensland, and with National organisations. Jess has a Graduate Certificate in Social Planning from Flinders University and has extensive executive level and board director experience in community organisations, strategic policy and planning, national partnerships, and peak bodies.

Jess is skilled in strategy development, action research program design and implementation, facilitation, innovation and collaboration and is committed to effective engagement and consultation. Jess has implemented a number of innovative programs, working with governments, philanthropies and the community sector to deliver high quality programs that achieve key outcomes.

Jess has had extensive experience in managing organisations and teams, and has always believed that ensuring team members see where they fit, the difference they are making and the ultimate outcome that their work is going to achieve builds happier teams, more engaged team members and improves outcomes significantly.
